The Ten Commandments In Choctaw

1. Nan holbät toba inla yät sa tikba chim aiasha he keyu hoke.
Thou shalt have no other gods before me.

2. I chuwät naholbät toba, keyukmät nana kia shutik äba aiasha, keyukmät nutaka yakni aiasha, keyukmät yakni nutaka oka aiasha holba ya ish ikba he keyu hoke.
Thou shalt not make unto thee any graven images...

3. Yämmak fokalechit chi Chitokaka CHIHOWA hohchifo ha ish hochifa he keyu hoke.
Thou shalt not take the name of the Lord thy God in vain.

4. Nittak hullo nittak a ish ithaiyana cha, ish holitoblashke.
Remember the Sabbath day and keep it holy.

5. Chiki micha chishki ya ish holtoblashke.
Honor thy father and mother.

6. Käna kia ish bi na.
Thou shalt not kill.

7. Häsh iti lumaka na.
Thou shalt not commit adultery.

8. Ish hukopa na.
Thou shalt not steal.

9. Chi chukka bilika hattak a i sanalit anumpa ik ahlo anolit ish atokoli na.
Thou shalt not bear false witness against thy neighbor.

10. Ish anushkunna na.
Thou shalt not covet.
