The Rilley Race

Listen to the thunder
Of the mighty Harley's roar

As the spark plugs go on firing
In this internal octane war

One cylinder fires
Then one more

With this repetitious firing
As these twin pistons run this race of fire

In this metal engines bore

The engine smokes the tires
As the treads slickness sings

The ash fault ketches fire
As this lord of thunder rings

Bang goes the starting gun
As these engines thunder sings

The bikers grip these bars of steel
As each rider tests their wings

Red glows this pyre flame
From these nitro exhaust tuned ports

The racers lean into the corners
As these spoked wheels smoke

Round on round, sound on sound

Hear those engines roar
The checkered flag spells victor
As the winners cheers are soared
