Native American Rattles

Deer or elk toes (the halves of the hoof) or occasionally elk or moose dew claws have been used for centuries as rattles. We have attached them to a deer bone or wood handle, then added beadwork and other decorations.

All are designed and made by the Red Eagle family, who are of Lakota heritage.
