This rosette medallion necklace is a tribute to Fallen Star. Fallen Star is a character in Lakota legends about the Lakota Star. Fallen Star was viewed as a protector, a bringer of light and higher consciousness.
The Fallen Star beaded rosette is 3¼" in diameter. It is backed with faux leather and features a long, colorful and graceful fringe that adds 4" to the total drop of the rosette medallion.
Each side of the necklace portion of this piece features a 4" long natural bone bead, and sky-blue pony beads, strung onto 21" of doe skin leather.
The wearer determines the hanging length of the necklace by tying the leather thong at the neck to the desired length.
