All payments are processed via Paypal, but you do not need a Paypal account to pay with your credit card. Your online credit card payments with us are secure and fast. Shipping and handling:Your poster, mini prints and lithograph order will leave our warehouse within 1-3 business days. Giclee prints will leave our printing facility within 4-5 busness days. We ship by Ground UPS, FedEx for fast delivery (you need to arrange this option with us), or by US Postal Service. Mini prints and giclee prints smaller than 25" x 30" are shipped flat. Posters and lithographs are rolled, and shipped in a heavy duty tube. Giclee prints, both paper and canvas up to 22"x30" are shipped flat. Larger giclee prints are rolled. All prints are priced and shipped not stretched, not mounted and not framed. We offer stretching and mounting for which please call us 719.445 7033 to make a special arrangement. All orders are shipped directly from our giclee printing facility in Pueblo, Colorado, USA, or our warehouse in Colorado Springs, Colorado, USA Exchanges / Returns Policy:We take great pride in our reputation for quality and excellent value. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with a purchase of posters, mini prints or limited edition lithographs, we will assist you with a prompt exchange, or in-store credit. Your request for returning your order must be placed within 14 days of the date of purchase. When shipped back, merchandise must be in original condition with all original packaging. We regret not being able to extend our return policy to the giclee reproductions. You are responsible for the cost to return an item to us. No CODs will be accepted. Shipping charges will not be credited in any form. To return an item you must contact us first. After we issue a Return Authorization Number (RA#), pack your merchandise securely.
