Aromatic cedar has a mysterious quality. Its knots, grain marks, deep red-browns, and areas of cream-colored sapwood lend individuality to each flute.
The Bass in E is a good choice for a player's first bass flute, since beginners may find the deeper basses somewhat more difficult to play.
The Bass is also available in Black Walnut and in American Cherry, as well as in the key of Eb.
